Quality Assurance

1.) Amson Transformers is authorized by the Bureau of Indian Standards to use the ISI mark on our transformers. We manufacture ISI Marked Transformers with Energy Efficiency Levels 1, 2, and 3 that comply with IS 1180 (Part-1) 2014.

2.) We are a recognized manufacturer of Star-rated transformers with M/s Bureau of Energy Efficiency.

3.) Our transformers are type tested at CPRI/ERDA/National Test House. Apart from that, our products are examined by TATA Projects Ltd, Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd, Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Medhaj Techno Concept, ERDA, RITES, REC, BBMB, WAPCOS, and others.

4.) We are a leading ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001-2015 certified firm that manufactures and supplies a wide range of transformers. Our goods are manufactured using only high-quality materials, components, and replacement parts to ensure that they meet the ISO 1180 / 2026 standard.

5.) Furthermore, we have an in-house testing laboratory that is organized by our quality control team and equipped with the necessary instruments and meters. Every year, all meters in our lab are calibrated by a NABL-approved laboratory.

Raw Material

We are directly importing CRGO Coils from M/s A.K. Steel, USA, M/s NIPPON Steel, Japan, M/s POSCO, Korea, M/s NLMK, Russia and M/s Thyssen Krupp, France. All other raw materials are procured directly from reputed manufacturers and subjected to stringent quality control at every stage of production. All the copper & aluminium used in transformers is of Electrolytic Grade With 99.9% Purity Procured From HINDALCO.
